Our program is simple and exciting. You can be moving into one of our homes THIS WEEK! We give people who have had problems in the past the opportunity to have the home of their dreams sooner rather than later.
We are not as strict as banks. If you have income and some money up front to show you are serious, you will probably qualify. We check employment, past rental history, credit history, and a few other items, but we don't care if you've had prior temporary setbacks. We don't require perfect credit history, job stability, low debt to income ratios, and all the other hoops the banks make you jump through. If you've had more serious issues with your credit, we can help you rebuild your credit and have you qualified for a home purchase in the very near future!
